
Hello! My name is Kathy Loscheider. I am the Executive Director of both Christian Care Phoenix and Christian Care Cottonwood. I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve the residents and staff at these two communities.
I am responsible for the management of 600+ housing units and 200 staff members on the two campuses. It is a tremendous responsibility and one I take very seriously. I have a Master's of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. I am an Arizona licensed skilled nursing administrator, assisted living manager, and real estate agent. I am also certified as a HUD Assisted Housing Manager.
God has blessed Christian Care with a tremendous staff - our most valuable resource. They serve our residents on a daily basis with quality customer service, professional skills, caring hearts and smiles.

Hi everyone, my name is Rochelle “Shelley” Aynes. I prefer to be called “Shelley”. I joined the Christian Care organization in 2006. My job title is Fellowship Square Residential Administrator. I am also the Director of Volunteers and operate the Gift Shop located in Centerview. I am responsible for ensuring our Fellowship Square residents receive a high quality of services in the activities, pastoral care and social services areas.
My job experience includes working with learning disabled adolescents, floral design and interior decorating, medical front office management and administration, Hospice work and the coordination of other volunteer programs. I have a Bachelors of Science in Human Services and currently in the process of earning my Certificate in Gerontological Studies through the ASU West Human Services College. I am a trained Hospice volunteer and I belong to several women’s organizations.
My personal work philosophy is to help make our residents lives as pleasant and comfortable as I can; taking responsibility for insuring they receive the best possible service.

Hello - My name is Teddi Thompson and I am the Director of Environmental Services at Christian Care Phoenix. I joined the Christian Care management team in March 2005. I am responsible for a housekeeping team of 17 staff members who provide a variety of services to 265 independent living seniors, 60 bed nursing facility, 40 assisted living apartments and soon to be an additional 46 assisted living apartments. I have 17 years experience in housekeeping and working with seniors in all levels of senior living from Independent living to Alzheimer’s and everything in between. I am certified by the Area Agency on Aging in Aging Services and Business Management and I am also a Certified Activity Director. Please stop by for a tour and see what we are all about.
Hello! My name is Jenna Allen and I am the Employee Services Designee for the Phoenix Campus. I work hard to ensure our employees; both new and current, needs are met in regards to Christian Care personnel policies.
At Christian Care, your first day of employment is comprised of an orientation that includes a campus tour, an exquisite lunch in our dining room, and learning about the history of this campus. After that, you will have an orientation period with your department until you are trained and comfortable enough to be put out on the floor by yourself. Christian Care is a great place to work for not only because we have an excellent working environment but also because we offer great benefits. As an employee, we will make sure that you are educated enough with all of our programs so you are able to take advantage and utilize all of them.
I have worked for this company for a little over one year and have really enjoyed getting to know new and current employees. I came to Christian Care immediately after receiving my Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. I am currently pursing my Master’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. I really enjoy learning new material in school and being able to apply it to my everyday work at Christian Care.

Hello - My name is Bill Howard and I am the Facilities Manager at Christian Care Campus, Phoenix. I joined the Christian Care organization in February of 2010. I am responsible for all Facility Services including Capital Expenditures. I also have responsibility for all Security operations at the Phoenix campus. I bring 20 years of Senior Operations Management experience to include: facilities, construction, sales, project management, distribution, environmental, OSHA, fire life safety, and security entities. I am a Licensed Realtor, Financial Planner and a certified Martial Arts/Fitness Instructor. My goal is to make “something” better for someone everyday!
Karen is a Phoenix native who grew up in Moon Valley where her parents still reside. She graduated from Thunderbird High School, then went on to attend Northern Arizona University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with an emphasis in Public Relations. Karen began her career in senior housing nine years ago as the Director of Marketing for an independent living community, then for an assisted living community. After working in senior housing for over six years, Karen worked in home health and hospice, but missed the daily contact she had working with seniors and their families. She was honored to accept the position of Marketing Director for Christian Care this year, and looks forward to meeting each and every resident.
Karen resides in Northwest Phoenix with her husband and two beautiful young daughters.

Jerry began his career at Christian Care over 18 years ago. Jerry is always willing to offer assistance to residents - frequently completing the `extra' things to make residents feel cared for and special.
In addition to being an outstanding bus driver, he helps our activity and resident life departments in making our campus special.
